This egg plant variety has a slender and petite shape with thin dark purple skin and few small seeds . Little Finger is very mild tasting, not bitter, with silky smooth tender flesh. Care should be taken during cooking time so as not to over cook this tender variety. It is best when harvested 4-6 inches long, glossy and a thumb print will not leave an impression. Grows to 36-48 inches tall with fan like leaves. A Krow Acres favorite!
